Visit to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (January 13-14)
Between 13-14 January 2022, Chief Ombudsman
Mr. Şeref Malkoç and Head of the EU and
Foreign Relations Department Ms. Güniz Ateş,
Chief of Cabinet Mr. Veysel Şirin and Head of
the Communication and Organization
Department Ms. Feyza Dere paid a study visit to
the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus
(TRNC). During the visit, President of the
TRNC Mr. Ersin Tatar received Chief
Ombudsman Mr. Şeref Malkoç and his delegation.
France ECHR Visit (March 2-4)

A visit to Strasbourg/
France was made on 2-4
March 2022 in order to
hold meetings with the
President of the ECHR
and the Council of
Europe and to organize
a meeting with Turkish
citizens and NGO representatives within the scope of the activities of disseminating the
culture of seeking legal remedies among citizens of Türkiye living abroad.

Visit to Hungary (March 31 –April 2)

Between 31 March and 2 April 2022, upon the
invitation of Commissioner for Fundamental
Rights (Ombudsman) of Hungary Dr. Akos
Kozma, Chief Ombudsman Mr. Şeref Malkoç,
Ombudsman Ms. C. Özlem Tunçak, Expert
Ms. Hande Hazneci and Chief of Cabinet Mr.
Veysel Şirin paid a study visit to Hungary.
