Case Summary
In an application made to our institution, since the person was born with a disability,
his family has been given a disability relative pension from the day he was born to
take care of him however since the renewed health board report was entered into the
system with the phrase "no disability" by mistake, since he declared that his disability
pension was cut off and he was suffered, relevant institutions have been contacted, the
complaint of the person in question was resolved in one day after the application with
the initiatives of our Institution and the applicant thanked via the e-mail sent to our
Institution.
HUMAN RIGHTS
In 2021, a large number of applications were submitted to our Institution, alleging
violations of fundamental rights and freedoms. Although the majority of the applications
in question are of an individual nature, it is observed that some concrete violation
claims have also been submitted to our Institution by lawyers, non-governmental
organisations and professional organisations. This situation also indicates the existence
of a trust towards our Institution in the eyes of the public and individuals.
