tens of thousands, sometimes hundreds of thousands of people in a similar position
to resolve their disputes with the administration without going to court, as well as
resolving individual requests. At this point, the activities of the Ombudsman Institution
create an additional added value for ensuring the lawful functioning of our public
administration. For this reason, I would like to thank all employees of the institution,
who make efforts to implement the citizen-friendly management approach and the
principle “Let people live so the State will live” in all acts, actions, attitudes, and
behaviours of the administration, and our experts, who contribute with a very serious
success rate to the process of examining applications in five main areas under my
responsibility, for their devoted work.
