In 2022, the most complaints were related to the public personnel regime with 24.27%,
followed by justice, national defense and security with 20.56%, services provided by
local governments with 10.32%, education, youth and sports with 7.96%, economy,
finance and tax with 7.76%, labor and social security with 6.02%.
