                 Data on Cases of 2022

                 A total of  19,858 files were examined in this period including  17,816 complaint
                 applications lodged in 2022, and 2,042 files transferred from 2021.

                 18,094 (91.12%) of a total of  19,858 complaint applications have been finalized
                 by the Ombudsman Institution, and  1,764 complaint applications are still being
                 processed. On the other hand, as a result of the preliminary evaluation, 641 complaint
                 applications, which are the same in terms of subject and reason, were issued a Merging
                 Decision and continued to be examined over a single file.

                 As a result of the examination of complaint applications lodged to the Ombudsman
                 Institution, the following decisions are issued by the Ombudsman Institution.

                        o      Invalid Application
                        o      Merging
                        o      Separating
                        o      Referral
                        o      Inadmissibility
                        o      Amicable Settlement
                        o      Decision as to no ground exists for issuing a decision
                        o      Refusal

                        o      Partial Recommendation Partial Refusal
                        o      Recommendation


                 A “decision of inadmissibility” is issued for applications, which does not fall within
                 the scope of duty of the Ombudsman Institution, which contains the information
                 required for lodging a complaint pursuant to the Law, which does not involve a specific
                 subject, which is about the disputes being handled or decided on by the judicial organs,
                 whose reasons, content and parties are the same with the ones formerly finalized by the
                 Institution.
