               In 2022, out of a total of 17,816 complaints lodged to the Ombudsman Institution, the
               majority of the complaints was against the Ministry of Justice with 18.71% followed by
               the Local Governments with 13.35%, Universities and Faculties with 6.65%, Ministry
               of Health with 5.78%, Ministry of National Education with 5.02%, Social Security
               Institution (SGK) with 4.14%.
