The most frequently subject in applications in this field is banking transactions.
CASE SUMMARY

A previous customer of Finansevim, which was liquidated, lodged an application.
Because of this liquidation, his rights from Finansevim were subsequently transferred
to Eminevim Company, and the customer requested written information about the
transaction file. As a result of the examination, it was understood that:

Ø the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (SDIF) will obtain the approval of the
Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) regarding the company
requesting to take over the contracts,

Ø a transfer agreement will be signed between the transferor company and the
transferee company for the transfer of the contracts,
Ø the company to which the contracts are transferred will be announced to the
public,
