immigrants under temporary protection who are registered in the family medicine unit
but cannot be followed up due to a change of residence, as a result of the correspondence
with the relevant administrations, such applications were resolved amicably.
POPULATION, CITIZENSHIP, REFUGEE AND ASYLUM RIGHTS
Various applications have been made to our institution in the past years in the fields of
transportation, press and communication usually complaints about rail transport, media
service providers, electronic communication and information services, complaints
regarding fixed and mobile phones and internet services offered by businesses operating
in the field of telecommunications, complaints about maritime trade, shipyards and
coastal structures, domestic and foreign media organs, transport, press, maritime,
communications and complaints about other issues were examined.
Applications that cannot be examined due to legislation can also be forwarded to the
BTK and the relevant operator in order to make the necessary evaluation in the subject
matter and area of the complaint. Applications that are decided to be forwarded and
when sent by our institution, examined by the relevant company and if there is an error,
it is corrected then our institution is informed.
