               justified. When these matters are evaluated, the Ombudsman Institution has solved the
               problem or has demonstrated a will for a solution in 79.38% of the applications. In
               other words, the success of the Ombudsman Institution, which demonstrates its ability
               to solve problems, was 79.38% in 2022.

               On the other hand, as shown in the following sections of the Annual Report, the
               Ombudsman Institution organizes activities, conferences and competitions, workshops
               for publicity and distributes promotional publications in order to increase the number
               of qualified and acceptable applications. The complaint application guide is published
               on the Ombudsman Institution website and distributed to the citizens in print. On the
               e-application page of the Ombudsman Institution, there are also explanations to inform
               the applicant.

               In 2023, by increasing the number of qualified and acceptable applications, the
               activities of the Ombudsman Institution aimed to raise awareness which will raise the
               problem solving ability of the Ombudsman Institution to higher levels.
