THE OMBUDSMAN INSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE
➢ The following activities have been carried out regarding the e-Application system.
❖ The process of building a new design for the e-Application system of the
Ombudsman Institution is continuing.
❖ The process of integrating a new software that will isolate the cyber-attacks that
come through E-Application system from within the country and abroad is in
progress.
❖ The creation of application pages in different languages is still in progress.
❖ The codes that cause slowness in the system have been amended to make the
system faster.
❖ Improvements have been completed so that citizens can later upload additional
documents to their applications.
❖ Citizens have been enabled to see the documents they have uploaded on the
e-Application screen.
❖ The necessary improvements have been completed so that citizens can see the
applications they lodged on their own and the ones that are lodged on behalf of
them separately on their application screen.
➢ The following improvements have been realized on the website of the Ombudsman
Institution:
❖ The web page content management system developments have been completed.
It has been integrated into the content management system developed for the
current Institution web page. The process of integrating other web pages of the
Ombudsman Institution into the content management system is in progress.
❖ The designs of the website of the Ombudsman Institution and website for
children have been renewed and activated.
❖ Content updates have been made on the website of the Ombudsman Institution,
website for children, and website for women.
❖ The process of creating a dynamic structure and enriching the content to be
published on the website of the Ombudsman Institution, website for children,
and website for women is in progress.
❖ The process of designing and publishing the web page of the Institution for the
persons with disabilities and creating application environments for people with
disabilities is in progress.
❖ The process is continuing within the scope of the requests for the renewal and
development of the portal system, in which all departments actively use within
the Institution to carry out their operations in synchronization.
