After these meetings, Mr. Malkoç also visited
the Mayor of Şırnak, Mr. Mehmet Yarka
and the Head of Şırnak Bar Association, Mr.
Rojhat Dilsiz.

Provincial Working Visit to Siirt (28 May)
Chief Ombudsman Mr. Şeref Malkoç and
his Delegation paid a working visit to Siirt
on 28 May 2021.

During the visit, Chief Ombudsman met the
Governor of Siirt, Mr. Osman Hacıbektaşoğlu,
the Chief Public Prosecutor, Mr. Muhammed
Yasin Başbay, the Head of Bar Association, Mr. Nizam Dilek, as well as the non-
governmental organisations functioning in the city.

Provincial Working Visit to Batman (29 May)

Chief Ombudsman, Mr. Malkoç and his
Delegation paid a working visit to Batman on
29 May 2021 upon invitation of “Thought
and Belief Platform” under the leadership
of MEMUR-SEN, which stands for the
Confederation of Public Servants Trade Unions.

At the meeting hosted by 46 civil society
organisations affiliated to MEMUR-SEN, Chief Ombudsman Mr. Malkoç gave a
speech and answered the questions.
