➢ The Deputy Minister of Culture and
Tourism Mr. Serdar Çam paid a visit to Chief
Ombudsman, Mr. Malkoç at his office on 26
August 2021.

➢ Chief Ombudsman and his Delegation paid a visit
to the Minister of Labor and Social Security on 01
September 2021.

➢ Chief Ombudsman and his Delegation
paid a visit to the Chair of Board of Ethics
for Civil Servants on 06 September 2021.

➢ Within the project on enhancing the effectiveness of civil monitoring boards run
with the technical assistance of the Council of Europe in order to strengthen
civil inspection at penitentiary institutions, a roundtable meeting was held on 04
February 2021. The Ombudsman Mr. Yahya Akman attended the meeting.

➢ Ombudsman Ms. Fatma Benli Yalçın and her Delegation held a meeting with the
representatives of Information Technologies and Communication Institution on
04 November 2021. During the meeting, applications filed to the Ombudsman
concerning the Information Technologies and Communication Institution were
discussed.

➢ Ombudsman Ms. Fatma B. Yalçın and a group of experts paid a visit to the
Personal Data Protection Authority and had exchange of information regarding the
applications about protection and share of personal data.
