THE OMBUDSMAN INSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE 2018 ANNUAL REPORT
During his deputy governorship service in Diyarbakır, he obtained
his master’s degree from Dicle University in 1997.
He received vocational and language trainings for a year in the
United Kingdom.
He conducted research regarding the Ombudsman Institution in
Spain.
He was elected as Ombudsman by the Joint Committee of the
Grand National Assembly of Türkiye on 17/01/2018.
He has very good command of English, and is married with three
children.
