THE OMBUDSMAN INSTITUTION OF THE REPUBLIC OF TÜRKİYE
As in previous years, in 2020 as well, the majority of applications have been filed
through the E-Application method with the rate of 95,48% which is followed by “By
post” with the rate of 3,63%. Due to the pandemic, the e-application method has
considerably increased with the increase rate of 456,07%.
