continue to share experiences and give training to the other countries ombudsman
institutions who want to benefit from our institution’s experience.

We attach importance to the reforms in the field of economy, law and democracy as
expressed by our President Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in the last months of 2020 and
we find these reforms very beneficial for our country. In the last 20 years in our country,
there have been very important progress and silent revolutions in every field, as an
Institution we are ready to make all kinds of contributions to the reforms in the fields of
economy, law and democracy which are dynamic elements.

The activities mentioned in this Annual Report are the results of a strong, dynamic and
dedicated teamwork. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to everyone, from
Ombudsmen to the Secretary General, from workers to civil servants, from our experts
to our Head of Departments, who contributed and worked hard to solve the problems
of our citizens.
