The Mission of the Institution

The mission of the Ombudsman Institution is to protect citizens with its effective complaint handling mechanism against unlawful acts of the Administration and to ensure that public services are provided in compliance with human rights as well as the principles of good administration.

In the long term, the Institution aims at playing effective role in creating a public administration where the culture of seeking legal remedies is common and the quality of provided services is high.
