International Ombudsman Conference 2023
At the end of the second session, before the family photo shoot, Commissioner
for Human Rights of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ms. Sabina Aliyeva presented
the Medal of the 20th Anniversary of the Ombudsman of Azerbaijan to the Chief
Ombudsman of Türkiye, Mr. Şeref Malkoç in memory of the day.
A memorial plaque “For outstanding achievements in the field of Human Rights”
was presented to the Chief Ombudsman of Türkiye, Mr. Şeref Malkoç by the
High Commissioner for Human Rights of the Russian Federation, Ms. Tatiana
Moskalkova in memory of the day.
