In this context, it is a very positive development that the Migration Policy Board, which
is required to meet at least once a year according to Article 105 of the Law on Foreigners
and International Protection that entered into force on April 11, 2013 but had not yet
met in 2016 when the preparations for this report were initiated, is expected to convene
4 times in 2017: February 15, April 26, November 16, and finally, December 28. 13

On April 29, 2011, a 252-member group of Syrians entered our country, and since
that time all public institutions and organizations have faithfully fulfilled their duties.
