The Report on Human Rights Violations Committed by the
             20   Armenian Armed Forces during Azerbaijan & Armenia War


             Finally, a Russia-brokered
             ceasefire was declared on
                   th
             the 10 of November 2020
             and Armenia, Azerbaijan

             and  Russia have  signed
             an agreement to end the
             military   conflict  over
             Nagorno-Karabakh.

             During the conflict, which
             started on 27 of September
                         th
             2020, it was found out that
             Armenian armed forces
             extended its attacks beyond
             the occupied territories.
             Consequently, due to these
             attacks many residential
             areas  as  well as  places  of
             worship were destroyed,
             resulting  in an increase
             in the death toll among
             women, children and the
             disabled.

             implemented  in the course
             of the conflict. The Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Russia and Armenia
             participated in the talks for negotiation held in Moscow on the 9-10  of October

             and agreed upon a truce for humanitarian reasons in order to exchange dead bodies
             and detainees and to define the parameters of the ceasefire in the days to come.
             Through the intervention of the co-chairs of the Minsk Group, the negotiations
             were to kick off on the basis of the agreed upon principles.    However, in less
             than 24 hours, the ceasefire broke down as Armenia launched rockets on Ganja.
